Microsoft corporation to unveil a new product, a breakthrough and the future computer.

This product caught my attention in the past two months and i did consider it to be a breakthrough in technology and computing, been even regarded as the future computer. i was eager to post this technological breakthrough but due to my time limitations i couldn't thus today i have decided to post and share this experience. First, this device is developed by world most renown Computing and technology company, Microsoft Inc. Been codenamed "Project Baraboo"been in development for five years before its announcement early this year, but was conceived earlier as the original pitch made in late 2007 for what would become the kinetic technology platform.On its unveiling two months ago it was named Microsoft HoloLens. It is stated that "its a device for Windows Holographic, Microsoft HoloLens is a smart glasses unit that is a cordless, self-contained Windows 10 computer. It uses advanced sensors, a high-definition 3D optical head-mounted display, and spatial sound to allow for augmented reality applications, with a natural user interface that the user interacts with through gaze, voice, and hand gestures. HoloLens had been in development for five years before its announcement in 2015, but was conceived earlier as the original pitch made in late 2007 for what would become the Kinect technology platform." According to HoloLens chief inventor Alex Kipman, "the HPU processes terabytes of information" from the HoloLens's sensors in real time." Project HoloLens key achievements is realistic holograms working by tricking your brain into seeing light as matter. He said Ultimately, you know, you perceive the world because of light Its bigger and more substantial than Google Glass, but far less boxy than the Oculus Rift. If I could magically turn the debugger on, wed see photons bouncing throughout this world. Eventually they hit the back of your eyes, and through that, you reason about what the world is. You essentially hallucinate the world, or you see what your mind wants you to see. He explained Microsoft expects HoloLens to be made available "in the Windows 10 time frame" and priced for use in both the enterprise and consumer markets in the spring of this year. Personally, this is a breakthrough in technology since its more than computing and a touch in fields once thought impossible. What do u think?
